Santa Rosa Wedding from Della Chen Photography + Waterlily Pond

Before I started writing this, I sat at my computer in awe of these images from Della Chen Photography. It took me a good twenty minutes to pick up my jaw and organize my thoughts into this one statement: oh my goodness, I love this. Before I geek out in total wedding-loving nerdy-ness, let me just say the floral design from Waterlily Pond is insanely beautiful. And the fact that the...

Wrap It Up Pretty Little Black Book!

Raise your hand if you're a sucker for any kind of love in the snow. My arm is proudly plastered to the side of my head right now because I can't get enough white weddings, snowy proposals, and fabulous engagement sessions complete with snowballs and pinecones. So needless to say after a super gorgeous week here on the LBB Blog, I just couldn't pass up an opportunity to share this sweet shoot from Kevin Le Vu Photography. It's going...

San Francisco Wedding by Waterlily Pond Floral and Event Design Studio

If this San Francisco wedding isn't the definition of elegance, I just don't know what is! The Bentley Reserve was the perfect venue for this classic fête, and the 20-foot vertical installation of glass globes, white orchids and crystals by Waterlily Pond Floral and Event Design Studio is just too WOW for words! I couldn't forget to mention the bride's out-of-this-world gorgeous...

Breathtaking Fall Wedding From Waterlily Pond

Once, not too long ago, while I was visiting Abby, she returned from speaking at a bridal event in the area with a big beautiful bouquet in her hands. One of the floral designers hosting the event had sent it home with her. I had forgotten just how heavy a bouquet can be! We share images of gorgeous bouquets daily on SMP, but the experience of holding one is quite rare indeed. I thought, how sad is that? Something so extraordinarily beautiful ~ is sometimes a once in a lifetime thing. And...
